Media Content
When you use features such as Face Swap, Comic & Stylized Art, Image to Video, AI Dance, or AI Outfit Change, you may choose to upload images or videos. These files are used solely to generate the requested results.
Facial Feature Data
For face-related features (such as Face Swap), facial feature data contained within the uploaded images or videos may be temporarily processed to achieve accurate results.
MaskMeld does not retain, store, or build biometric profiles from facial data.
2. Purpose of Processing
All information is processed strictly for the following purposes:
To generate AI-based outputs based on the feature you select
To perform necessary technical analysis during processing to ensure quality, accuracy, and stability of results
We do not use your content for advertising, model training, identity recognition, or any unrelated purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
MaskMeld is designed with a non-storage principle:
Uploaded images, videos, and any derived facial feature data are processed temporarily
Once the requested generation is completed, all related original and intermediate data is automatically deleted
No personal content is retained on our servers after processing
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information during processing, including but not limited to:
Secure transmission protocols to protect data during upload and processing
Limited internal access to systems, restricted to authorized personnel only
Automated deletion mechanisms to prevent unnecessary data retention
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to maintain a reasonable and appropriate level of protection.

You have the following rights regarding your information:
Transparency: You have the right to understand what data is processed and for what purpose
Choice: You may choose whether to upload images or videos; declining to do so will limit access to certain features but will not affect general App access
